With 20+ years of rich culinary experience, George Guo is a master at crafting unconventional dining experiences. He believes every meal should be a cultural and sensory journey.
After being a meat-loving connoisseur for more than 30 years, George became a vegetarian after a series of life events. Feeling devastated about the lack of gourmet vegan options, his earlier creations were simply to satisfy his own cravings. Before he knew it, his meatless restaurant became wildly popular among both vegetarians and traditional foodies.
George is devoted to changing the common perception of plant-based cuisine being bland. By blending flavors and techniques from his home culture and around the globe, his food is as nourishing to the palate as they are to the soul. He champions the philosophy that eating responsibly is synonymous with eating well.
With three private dining rooms and a large banquet hall, we can host a variety of private events from 10 – 150 people. Whether you are looking for a unique venue for a birthday celebration, a team-building occasion, or vegetarian catering for a wedding, we can turn your special day into a memorable culinary fiesta.
